Shipping Info

As a small business, we currently ship parcels once per week. If you require an order to ship sooner than that, feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do! 

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA) DELIVERY: 1-2 weeks

Within Australia, you have the option of Australia Post, or Sendle. Sendle is slightly cheaper, and we trust them as a service, but would like to also provide the option of Australia Post. 

Timeframe for arrival within Australia is 1-2 weeks from order.

 

INTERNATIONAL (NZ/US/UK/BEYOND) 2-8 WEEK DELIVERY: 2-6 weeks

We aim to provide international shipping for all countries possible. However, some countries have policies regarding shipping and packaging which make delivery to these locations very difficult for small businesses. We strive to provide as much access to our products as possible, so will update our shipping options based on 

When it comes to international shipping, please note, this comes at your own risk and may come with unexpected fees out of our control. As a small business, we're not set up to handle VAT or similar fees/taxes. Depending on your country's rules, you may need to pay additional import fees, and we're not responsible if an item is not delivered due to VAT/tariff reasons. If the item is returns to us, we'll refund you for the item (minus shipping costs), but if the item gets lost, we cannot offer a refund. 

 

PACKAGING

We strive to keep our business as eco-friendly as possible. All packaging we use is compostable, with the exception of some garment sleeves, which are used for protection. 

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take precautions to pack your items as carefully as possible, and it is very rare for an item to arrive damaged. However, if your item does arrive damaged, we'll issue a refund or a replacement. We do ask that you send a photo of the damaged item for us to assess, sent to [].
